Requirement -:

Cumin – 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 tablespoon
Honey – 1 tablespoon

Procedure -:

* Dip one spoon of cumin in fresh water overnight.
* Then chew this cumin next morning .
* Heat the remained water like tea.
* Add 1/2 spoon lemon juice and 1 spoon honey in it.
* Drink this mixture like tea.
*  Drink water with lemon juice after lunch and dinner.
* Cumin doesn’t let body to gain the weight.
* Lemon juice also reduces fat. So this is the best treatment for fat.

Points to remember -:

* Dont take breakfast during this procedure otherwise you will not get the proper result.
*  Direct take lunch after drinking this mixture.
* Eat one plate salad before lunch.
* Add green vegetables in your diet.
*  Take dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed.
*  Never drink cold water with food.
* Do some exercise to get instant result.
* If possible, spend some time on running and jogging .

Precautions -:

* Stop eating eatables made of ground flour..
* Don’t use excess sugar and sweets.
* Use food of grains without filtering it.
* Eat fruit instead of taking fruit juice.
* Fruit contains fibre which don’t let them to be you hungry soon.
