Skinny face looks very dull . The person seems sick, weak because of the skinny cheeks. Chubby and skinny cheeks depends on the weight of the body , cheeks would become chubby with increment in weight . If you take a healthy diet and do proper face exercise and yoga then you can get rid of the skinny cheeks. So, today we are going to discuss some ways to become the cheeks chubby .
Yoga for chubby cheeks -:
- Fill air in your mouth like balloon and stay in this condition For 30 to 60 seconds. Do this yoga for atleast 2-3 times in a day and your cheeks would start becoming chubby.
- Sit straight on the chair and open mouth to that extent which you open during talking . Now pull the both edges of the mouth , so that your chin must also move. Do this for atleast 30 second and take rest.
- Pinch on both cheeks for 2 to 3 minutes .do this atleast 5 times a day and your cheeks will start becoming chubby.
Methods to make cheeks chubby -:
- Massage on cheeks is also beneficial .use almond or mustard oil for massage. Massage your cheeks for 5 to 7 minutes a day.
- If you are unable to take proper nutrition in your diet, then take 1 glass of milk in your diet . Milk contains so many nutritions which helps in making cheeks chubby.
- Apple can also be used for it. Apply paste of Apple on your cheeks and wash face after 15 minutes .
- Mixture if rose water and glycerine is also beneficial for skinny cheeks.
- Olive oil also effects skinny cheeks.
- Take proper sleep of 8 hours for perfect face.
- Add fruits, green vegetables , salad in your diet. Drink atleast 3-4 litres water in a day .
- If you don’t have much weight then add some calorie in your diet. The cheeks would also effected with the
- Increase quantity of carbohydrates like rice,potato in your diet . Which will increase fat on face as well as body.
- Stay away from smoking and any type of drugs.
